Do you think that return to normalcy in Chornobyl affected areas is possible?

There are already no more consequences of Chornobyl.   Sure! Till 2016.   Ecological consequences still would lead to depression.   Environment can be rehabilitated but socio-economical consequences would be felt for many years.   Psychological consequences are the only long-lasting impact of Chornobyl.
