2-4 June Kyiv Regional seminar for specialists and local authorities responsible for information provision on Chornobyl accident.

During the seminar experts from Ukraine, Russia, Belorus and other countries will discuss the information provision on consequences of Chornobyl accident, radiation risks and safety living at the radioactively-contaminated areas.

Regional seminar is one of the first activities organized in the framework of new joint UN project "International Chornobyl Research and Information Network" (ICRIN).

Seminar is jointly organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), World Health Organisation (WHO) in cooperation wit the Ministry of Emergencies and Affairs of Population Protection from the Consequences of Chornobyl Catastrophe of Ukraine and Scientific Centre on Radiation Medicine NAS of Ukraine.
